Piles can be
prevented by following the points stated below
• Hemorrhoids can be prevented by having fluids things such as
juice, water, eating the items that contain more fibers, doing
regular exercise, concentrating on the better posture, and try
to reduce the bowel movement s and strain. By increasing the
physical activity, posture, and losing excess body weight can
prevent from the causes of hemorrhoids.
• Try to eat the food that contains the more fibers in it such
as fruits, vegetables and grains. By eating this you can soften
the stool which inturn will help to minimize the straining which
can cause hemorrhoids. And try to drink plenty of water daily.
• Go for the fiber supplements. These fiber supplements will try
to soften the stools. Consult your doctor before taking any
supplements. If you are using any of the supplements take care
drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water or other fluids every
day.
• Exercise daily and stay active which inturn will reduce the
pressure on the veins. And also Exercising also helps to reduce
the weight.
• Avoid standing or sitting for a long time.
• Straining while passing the stool creates a pressure in the
veins which may cause the hemorrhoid.
• If you are suffering from the signs of diarrhea get treated
immediately, since a hemorrhoid may be on the horizon.
• Avoid drinking alcohol in excessive quantity because this will
direct the blood to flow into the peripheral vessels which
causes the bleeding from a hemorrhoid.
